Can I swim, shower with my Clay earrings/jewelry?  Its best to remove clay jewelry or any jewelry before any water activity. The water can start to break down the jewelry pieces and moisture leads to tarnish on the metal.

 Can I sleep with my Clay earrings?  It’s a good idea to remove your Clay pieces and store them in a safe place, to ensure their longevity.

Why is there makeup on my Clay pieces?  Please keep in mind Clay is porous and makeup can be rubbed off transferring facial makeup onto your clay piece. Easy fix- Use a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol and gently clean

Do you accept returns or exchanges? I do not accept exchanges or returns, however, if an item becomes damaged through the mail, please take a picture of your damaged item/and or candle and send me a DM and I will gladly send you a new piece/candle in its place.

What materials are used in each jewelry piece?  All my hardware for each piece of jewelry is made with hypoallergenic stainless-steel hardware.  I too have sensitive skin, so its got to be the best!

How long does it take for shipping? It depends on the season, orders normally shipped within two business days.

Do you do special orders? As of right now-no but that could become a real good possibility down the road-so keep checking in😊

Will Clay Earrings weigh my ears down? Polymer clay is a light weight medium that can be worn all the time without worry of weight to lobes, unlike heavy metals, ceramics, or air- dry clay.

Will my Clay piece break if dropped?  Although polymer clay is super flexible and durable, please try to handle with care because the pieces can get scratched or broken if bended to far ( I don’t recommend that)
